Kunekunes are a rare heritage breed that are true grazing pigs. This allows their meat to slowly mature, giving it a darker, more flavorful character. They get to full butcher weight between 12-16 months, although they make excellent roasters before then. We sell pork on the hoof and deliver it to the processor of your choice for you.
